REFUND POLICY

Returns
  • Eligibility: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Gift cards

    • Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, personal hygiene products, intimates etc)

Return Process
  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email address]. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 2-3 business days.

  3. Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.

  4. Refunds and Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. We reserve the right to provide store credit in lieu of a cash refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your product with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
